1.1 Carbon Asset Development

Carbon asset development services mainly include turn-key development services of CDM project under Kyoto Protocol and CCER project.According to Article 32 of NDRC Decree No.17 - “Interim Measures for Emissions Trading System Management”, “key emissionunits can use CCERs to offset part of its confirmed GHG emissions according to relevant provisions.”

Gas-steam Combined Cycle Power Plant (CCPP) Utilizing Blast Furnace Gas and Coke Oven Gas of Qian Gang Company  was successfully  registered in NDRC 

1.2 Carbon Asset Exchange and Liquidation

Peace Carbon can recommend qualified buyers to clients, including high-quality Carbon funds, banks and big companies.Step by step, Peace Carbon will open accounts and join the membership of all the 7 main emissions exchanges. Peace Carbon has already   become the strategic partner of Beijing Environment Exchange and Guangzhou Carbon Emissions Exchange.

1.3 GHG Evaluation, GHG Inventory and Validation 

Peace Carbon has completed GHG inventory for Jinling Runyang Bridge Hotel in Zhenjiang, Huaihe Chemical Industry,     Wangting Power Plant and so on. Among them, Jinling Runyang Bridge  Hotel project has been selected as a model in Carbon Disclosure of Chinese Enterprises, 2013. And Peace Carbon is one of the cooperative companies in the disclosure project. Under commission from the local government, Peace Carbon can work as the third-party to validate GHG inventory for the fixed asset investment projects  and provide GHG report.

In addition, Peace Carbon has extended its services into carbon asset management related areas, including consultation of energy management system certification, energy-saving diagnosis, water footprint assessment, discharge right trading, energy saving credit trading, water right trading and other environmental right trading.
